About The Position

Johnson RV needs a Finance Assistant! A minimum of 2 years of F&I experience required. No exceptions. Looking for the best of the best! Johnson RV is seeking a top performing, experienced RV Finance Assistant. Our ideal candidates will have proven success as an RV/Automotive Finance Assistant in a dealership setting, and a stable work history. We are looking for someone experienced to create business.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of F&I experience required
• Proven success as an RV/Automotive Finance Assistant in a dealership setting
• Stable work history
• Experienced in state law requirements including registrations, tag, tax, and title paperwork
• Must exhibit a professional appearance
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Authorized to work in the USA
• All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks and drug screen
• Finance & Insurance: 2 years (Required)
• Assisting Management: 2 years (Required)

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree (Preferred)
• Financial Services a plus
