Requirements

Proficiently communicates - written and verbal
Able to multitask
High School preferred Bachelors degree in accounting
Minimum of 5 years accounts payable

Responsibilities

Data entry of invoices
Preparation of Purchase Journals
Ensure proper coding, recording, payment and compliance with PBH’s policy for purchasing and record keeping.
Check preparation, computerized and manual.
Handle vendor inquiries.
Coordinates and manages all purchases through contracted vendors
Complete requests for credit information.
Secure the safe.
Track of misc. receivable from specialized billing.
Investigates and makes recommendations for cost savings to CFO.
