The Innovation Finance & Program Coordinator reports to the Director of Innovation and collaborates closely with innovation, research, finance, and operational teams across the organization and with external partners. This position is responsible for coordinating financial and administrative activities related to innovation initiatives, projects, partnerships, and programs. The coordinator supports budgeting, invoice processing, expense tracking, procurement coordination, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and general program operations across a growing portfolio of healthcare innovation activities. As an integral member of the team, the Innovation Finance & Program Coordinator helps ensure accurate and timely financial and operational processes while supporting effective communication and collaboration across multiple stakeholders. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, initiative, adaptability, and sound judgment in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
