About The Position

Coframe is seeking its first operations leader to help the company scale. This role will own finance and business operations, collaborating closely with the CEO and go-to-market, talent, and customer-facing teams. The individual will oversee accounting, establish processes for sales, contracting, billing, collections, and reporting, and ensure smooth operations. This role requires attention to detail, system improvement, and the ability to drive key initiatives as the business grows. The position involves managing the accuracy and timeliness of financial operations, establishing revenue recognition practices and financial controls, managing cash and treasury, coordinating compliance, and building financial reporting. Additionally, it involves owning and improving processes across sales, contracting, invoicing, collections, renewals, and expansion, running contract operations and deal desk, building SaaS metrics reporting, partnering with Sales and Customer Success on revenue forecasting and operational details, and improving data quality across systems. The role also includes partnering with the People team on office operations, overseeing vendors and insurance, supporting board processes, managing external counsel, and coordinating customer security and compliance reviews.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience across finance, accounting, business operations, or revenue operations, including experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
  • Strong accounting foundations, including experience with revenue recognition, the monthly close, and financial controls.
  • A working understanding of recurring revenue models, quote-to-cash processes, and SaaS metrics such as ARR, renewals, and expansion.
  • Experience overseeing accounting work and external partners, with the judgment to review their work and remain accountable for the outcome.
  • Strong analytical and systems skills, including building dependable forecasts, reports, and operating dashboards.
  • Experience improving workflows across CRM, billing, and finance systems.
  • A builder’s mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work across functions and earn the trust of senior leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Own the accuracy and timeliness of the monthly close, AP/AR, billing, and collections, overseeing accounting work and external partners as needed.
  • Establish revenue recognition practices and financial controls for a software and services business with enterprise contracts.
  • Manage cash, banking, and treasury operations.
  • Coordinate tax, entity, and corporate compliance across US and international entities with outside specialists.
  • Build financial reporting for leadership and the board, and support budgeting, forecasting, and audit readiness.
  • Own and improve the processes connecting sales, contracting, invoicing, collections, renewals, and expansion.
  • Run contract operations and deal desk, including order forms, approvals, and the handoff from signed deal to billing.
  • Build reliable reporting on core SaaS metrics, including ARR, pipeline, renewals, expansion, and revenue performance.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success on revenue forecasting, commission plans, partner payments, and the operational details of enterprise customer relationships.
  • Improve data quality and process consistency across CRM, billing, finance, and reporting systems.
  • Take point on high-priority initiatives that span teams, turning ambiguous problems into clear plans and driving them through completion.
  • Partner with the People team on office and facilities operations, and oversee company vendors and insurance.
  • Support board and governance processes and manage relationships with outside counsel and advisors.
  • Coordinate customer security, compliance, and vendor review processes with the relevant internal teams.
