The F&I Manager plays a key role in assisting customers with financing and insurance options. This role involves preparing accurate documentation, offering extended service contracts and protection products, and ensuring compliance with legal and dealership standards. Requirements

  • Minimum of two years experience in finance and insurance, preferably within a dealership setting
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong negotiation skills and business acumen
  • Dependable with the ability to work independently to achieve goals
  • Confident and professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient computer and internet skills
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic

Responsibilities

  • Offer vehicle financing and insurance products to customers with detailed explanations of aftermarket products, extended warranties, and service policies
  • Assist customers in obtaining financing through lending institutions while adhering to state and federal laws
  • Prepare all required legal documents accurately and promptly in compliance with regulations
  • Maintain strong relationships with lenders to secure competitive interest rates and financing options
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure smooth referrals and provide information about finance and lease programs
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing finance and insurance activities
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support dealership objectives
