We are seeking a motivated and experienced Finance and Insurance Manager to join our team. The F&I Manager is responsible for coordinating all finance and insurance activities to assist customers with financing options and product offerings. This role ensures timely completion of all related documentation while adhering to legal requirements and dealership policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in finance and insurance, preferably within a dealership environment
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong negotiation skills and sales aptitude
  • Professional appearance and dependable work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and achieve goals with limited supervision
  • Confident and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities with the capability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with computers and internet applications

Responsibilities

  • Offer vehicle financing and insurance products to customers, explaining aftermarket products, extended warranties, and dealership service policies.
  • Assist customers in obtaining financing through various lenders in compliance with federal and state laws.
  • Prepare and manage all state and federal vehicle purchase documents accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain strong relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive rates and financing programs.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure proper referrals to the F&I department and provide information on available financing and service programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to support dealership operations.
