Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an automotive dealership Finance and Insurance (F&I) producer.
  • Proven track record of successful financial product sales.
  • Strong history of achieving positive customer satisfaction results.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Successfully complete MVR check, background check, and pre-employment drug test.

Nice To Haves

  • Finance and Insurance management training is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Sell financing and insurance products to customers using the menu selling process.
  • Review and process customer credit applications accurately.
  • Offer extended service contracts and owner protection programs.
  • Assess the profitability of financing arrangements for the dealership.
  • Ensure completion of all necessary deal documentation using checklists.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team.
  • Ensure compliance with financial service regulations and company safeguard programs.
  • Oversee submission and completion of financing documents.
  • Serve as the liaison between customers and lending institutions.
  • Reinforce company policies and promote adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Attend weekly management meetings and maintain effective employee relations.
  • Promote a positive employee and customer experience index (ESI).
