Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 0-2 years of accounting or finance experience.
  • An individual who values accuracy, thrives in the details, uses critical thinking to find solutions, can prioritize work to meet tight deadlines and has an appreciation for process efficiencies.
  • Good Excel skills - ability to perform Excel modeling of new and existing incentive plans.
  • Able to learn several systems and extract data as needed.
  • Capacity to work both independently and as a key member of cross-functional teams, at times in a project management role.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, analyze, and distribute comprehensive monthly regional financial reporting packages.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of regional business context to guarantee all financial reporting is accurate, compliant, and directly aligned with Executive Management’s expectations.
  • Develop, maintain, and update advanced spreadsheets and Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding financial results by conducting deep-dive research and recommend adjustments.
  • Work closely with regional management teams to address reporting inquiries, provide deeper analysis, and fulfill ad-hoc requests.
  • Act as a strategic business partner, delivering prompt, accurate, and actionable financial feedback to sales leadership.
  • Execute the capitalization of Fixed Assets associated with new site openings and facility relocations.
  • Complete other analytical duties and ad-hoc projects as required to support the business needs.
