Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business or finance; or relevant accounting experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, and formulas is required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Interest in problem solving and learning new skills.
Sense of urgency to complete tasks.
Inquisitive and able to determine the root cause of issues.

Nice To Haves

Experience with financial modeling software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Participate in the budgeting process by gathering data, performing variance analysis, and identifying trends.
Conduct financial modeling using Excel and other financial software to support forecasting and scenario planning initiatives.
Research and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and economic factors impacting the Company's financial performance.
Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis projects as required by management.
Collaborate with other departments to gather and interpret financial data.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all financial tasks.
Effectively communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
