As a Finance Analyst Sr within PNC's Retail Banking Finance organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. Assists in the preparation of timely, transparent, and succinct financial reports to enable informed decision-making by stakeholders. Produces timely and precise revenue, expense, and staffing forecasts. Contributes to annual budget cycle and continuous monthly forecasting. Contributes to development of long term strategic plans. Assists in the preparation of key financial forecasts, metric-driven performance dashboards, and strategic business insights for business leaders and executives. Assists with on-demand analysis and generates custom reports to address specific business needs. Assists with audit, regulatory, and investor requests by providing timely and accurate information. Promptly identifies and escalates control matters; maintains sound control processes. Interacts professionally with colleagues to ensure alignment and shared success.

Requirements

  • Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
  • Customer Focused - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Support of month-end/quarterly activities: Reconciliations, CDI Impairment Monitoring, Balance Sheet Substantiation, Records Retention
  • Expense Allocation Monitoring for several lines of business: Oversight / rule creation of expense allocation process for our areas, Serve as representative on Retail Finance Allocations working group
  • Managing information flow / deliverables to: Retail Finance, External Audit.
  • Maintaining Retail Deposit SharePoint site.
