Finance Analyst, Process Excellence
About The Position
The Process Excellence Analyst plays a key role in driving operational excellence across Sherwin-Williams Business Services by supporting initiatives focused on process standardization, automation, reporting enhancement, and continuous improvement. Working collaboratively across functions and organizational levels, this position combines business process expertise, technical skills, and project coordination to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and deliver measurable business value. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong analytical and technical capabilities who can translate business needs into efficient, scalable processes and automation solutions. Because this role involves access to confidential financial information, the Company has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and to provide similar protections for its clients and potential investments.
