About The Position

This position is part of the Sherwin Business Services (SBS) team and plays a key role in the accounting of the Company’s retail and non-retail property leases. Primary responsibilities include managing the complete and accurate reconciliation and billing of lease-related expenses for owned and subleased properties (Base Rent, Common Area Maintenance, Property Tax, Insurance) to external and internal tenants. This position also supports real estate accounting, including approvals for expense payments, tenant improvement allowances, percentage rent, and lease accounting function. This position will interact with other functional areas, including Enterprise FP&A, Enterprise R&C, SBS GA, GTS, IT, Legal, business real estate executives, landlords, tenants, and others, and will be entrusted with high-dollar and high-volume disbursement activities. Because this role involves access to confidential financial information, the Company has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and to provide similar protections for its clients and potential investments.

Responsibilities
