About The Position

As a Finance Analyst I – Commercial, you'll join our Innovation Finance team and play a key role in supporting the financial success of new products and commercial initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career finance professional who enjoys working with data, collaborating across teams, and wants to gain exposure to financial planning, business strategy, and innovation. You'll partner with experienced finance professionals while developing the skills and business knowledge needed for long-term career growth within Carlisle.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
0–2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related field (internships are welcome!)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and other advanced functions
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

Exposure to SAP or another ERP system
Experience using AI tools or SaaS project management applications
Interest in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and business analytics

Responsibilities

Assisting with budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for commercial innovation initiatives
Preparing financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses
Maintaining innovation project portfolios and tracking project spending
Supporting project teams with financial data and reporting
Helping evaluate the financial feasibility of new business opportunities
Responding to data requests from project managers and business leaders
Participating in project meetings and providing financial updates
Identifying opportunities to improve reporting processes and data accuracy
Supporting ad hoc financial analyses and special projects
