About The Position
This role will be part of the Prepared Foods Supply Chain FP&A team. This position will provide financial support and analysis primarily focused on Cost of Goods Sold (COGS). Key responsibilities include supporting monthly forecasting, conducting cost analyses, assisting with the monthly close, contributing to the annual operating plan, and validating cost changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; Finance or Accounting preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience or equivalent.
- Experience in a financial field preferred.
- Demonstrated success in roles requiring strong analytical and systems skills.
- Must possess strong prioritization and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills required including the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners and leader
Responsibilities
- Support financial planning, cost analysis, and reporting.
- Support the 18-month rolling COGS forecast.
- Support the annual operating plan and any strategic plans.
- Analyze costs of manufactured products for potential errors.
- Support and validate cost changes.
- Assist in ad hoc requests and special projects.
- Manage the CRF cost request process in collaboration with plant and BU finance teams.
