About The Position

Ruth & Naomi's Mission is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Administrator to join our Finance Department. This role provides essential support across core financial functions including donations processing, receivables tracking, invoicing, payroll support, financial record management, and reporting. Working closely with the Finance Manager, Finance Coordinator, and Bookkeeper, the Finance Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of the organization's financial systems and processes. Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial administration, accounting support, reporting, or related administrative work
  • Experience working with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and comfort working with data
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to learn new systems and software quickly
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Responsibilities

  • Process and maintain high-volume donations data and donation receipting
  • Track and reconcile rent receivables for housing programs
  • Prepare and issue ministry invoices for multiple programs
  • Assist with payroll data collection and processing
  • Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
  • Support financial reporting and data management processes
  • Work within financial systems including QuickBooks and related platforms
  • Provide administrative support to the Finance Department
