About The Position

Charter Manufacturing is seeking May 2026 graduates for its Finance and Accounting Rotational Program. This full-time, two-year program allows new college graduates to rotate through different teams and company locations, gaining diverse Finance and Accounting knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of Charter Manufacturing's businesses before transitioning into a permanent role. Participants will develop foundational skills, business acumen, systems familiarity, and organizational relationships through project work and daily tasks.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
High level of initiative for excellence, results, and process improvement
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience in leadership roles in work, school, or community
Strong analytical skills
Related internship or work experience
Demonstrated abilities in planning and communication of ideas and concepts
Strong interpersonal skills to work with individuals at all levels within the business
Ability and willingness to relocate and/or travel during the program

Nice To Haves

Working knowledge of Microsoft products: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Prior experience with ERP systems

Responsibilities

Perform four to six rotations, each approximately six months long, including project work and day-to-day finance and accounting tasks.
Build foundational skills, business acumen, systems familiarity, and organizational relationships.
Involve in and complete projects individually and with cross-functional teams.
Work with different direct managers for each rotation.
Take advantage of opportunities for additional training and development, including Charter-based classes and external training as needed.
