About The Position

This position supports the continued growth of Cherry Bekaert's Finance & Accounting Outsourcing practice. The successful candidate will partner closely with other FAO leaders and play a key role in delivering NetSuite-focused outsourced accounting solutions to clients across a variety of industries. As a Finance & Accounting Outsourcing (FAO) Manager, you will manage the delivery of outsourced accounting and financial reporting services for a portfolio of client engagements. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on accounting operations, reporting, and business process improvement. You will lead, coach, and develop accounting professionals, including offshore team members. You will oversee client onboarding activities, including system implementations and process transitions. You will review financial statements, management reporting packages, reconciliations, and other client deliverables. You will leverage NetSuite to support client accounting operations, reporting, and process optimization initiatives. You will monitor engagement performance, resource utilization, and client satisfaction. You will identify opportunities to improve efficiencies through process enhancements and technology solutions. You will manage multiple client priorities while ensuring exceptional service and quality delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including management experience within a public accounting firm.
• Experience providing outsourced accounting, client accounting advisory, or controllership services to multiple clients.
• Strong NetSuite experience required, including financial reporting and accounting operations.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Experience leading and developing accounting professionals, including remote and offshore team members.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and client relationship management skills.
• Highly analytical with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates must demonstrate eligibility to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• CPA preferred.
• Experience with ERP implementations, system optimization, or accounting technology solutions preferred.
