About The Position

FBN manufactures replacement parts and provides technical service for customers across various industries including food and beverage, pharmaceutical, distillery, automotive, chemical, cosmetic, personal care, and microbrew. The company has expanded its machining, engineering, and design capabilities. FBN is strengthening its internal finance and accounting capabilities to support decision-making, operational visibility, and scalable financial processes. FBN is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Manager to join its leadership team. This new role will bridge accounting, financial analysis, and operational finance, focusing on establishing stronger financial systems, reporting processes, and business insights. The position is critical for managing the financial close process, improving reporting accuracy, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring data integrity across business systems. The ideal candidate will be analytical and hands-on, enjoying process building, technology leverage, and creating structure in a growing manufacturing environment. This is an opportunity for a finance professional to contribute beyond traditional accounting and shape the financial infrastructure of a growing organization. This is a hybrid position, requiring at least three days per week onsite at the manufacturing plant in Plainwell, Michigan.
