About The Position

FBN is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Manager to join our leadership team. This newly created role is designed to bridge accounting, financial analysis, and operational finance while helping the company establish stronger financial systems, reporting processes, and business insights. This position will play a critical role in managing the company’s financial close process, improving reporting accuracy, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring data integrity across multiple business systems. The ideal candidate is both analytical and hands-on — someone who enjoys building processes, leveraging technology, and creating structure in a growing manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who wants to move beyond traditional accounting and help shape the financial infrastructure of a growing organization. This is a hybrid position. The successful candidate will be expected to be onsite at the manufacturing plant in Plainwell, Michigan at least three days per week.
