About The Position

AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking reliable contractor teams for its Final Mile Service Provider Network to meet high customer demand. This role involves the delivery, assembly, and repair of various products, including basketball hoops, fitness equipment, furniture, home goods, and backyard products. Contractors have the flexibility to choose jobs that match their team's skills and equipment. Opportunities exist for two-person teams (Driver + Helper) for delivery and assembly, and one-person roles for assembly-only and repair work. Weekly settlements are provided, with annual earnings estimated between $40,000 and $100,000+ depending on location and work accepted.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean MVR.
• Physically able and skilled to deliver and assemble products according to manufacturer's specifications.
• Tech-savvy to use mobile applications for order completion.
• Must provide and maintain tools and vehicle(s) used to complete orders.
• Must have an EIN.
• Must comply with vehicle, registration, and insurance requirements set forth by AIT.
• Pass background checks and drug screens for all owners, drivers, and helpers.

Nice To Haves

• Two-person contractor team (Driver + Helper) for most work.
• Own/lease a pickup, van, sprinter, or small box truck (not required for assembly only and repair work).
• EIN + DOT compliance (MC# required for some interstate work).
• COI that meets AIT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform delivery and assembly of products such as basketball hoops (portable & in-ground), fitness equipment, ready-to-assemble furniture and home goods, and backyard products.
• Conduct on-site assembly of products according to manufacturer specifications.
• Pick up products from local retailers for customer delivery and assembly.
• Perform on-site repairs of products using manufacturer-provided parts and instructions.
• Utilize mobile applications to complete orders.
• Ensure compliance with all vehicle, registration, and insurance requirements set forth by AIT.
• Maintain necessary tools and vehicle(s) for order completion.
• Accept jobs that match the team's skills, equipment, and AIT requirements.
