About The Position

AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking reliable contractor teams for their Final Mile Service Provider Network to meet strong customer demand. This role involves the delivery and installation of basketball hoops (portable and in-ground), and the delivery and assembly of fitness equipment. Opportunities also exist in other final-mile categories such as furniture, home goods, and seasonal items. Contractors can earn between $40,000–$100,000+ annually, with weekly settlements. The contractor has the flexibility to accept only the jobs that match their team's skills, equipment, and AIT requirements. High demand is currently noted for basketball hoop installations, fitness equipment assembly, and fitness equipment repair.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
Physically able and skilled to deliver and assemble products according to manufacturer's specifications.
Tech-savvy to use mobile applications for completing orders.
Provide and maintain tools and vehicle(s) used to complete orders.
Must have an EIN.
Comply with vehicle, registration, and insurance requirements set forth by AIT.
Pass background checks and drug screens for all owners, drivers, and helpers.

Responsibilities

Act as a two-person contractor team (Driver + Helper) for most work.
Own or lease a pickup truck, van, sprinter, or small box truck (not required for assembly-only and repair work).
Ensure EIN and DOT compliance (MC# required for some interstate work).
Obtain a Certificate of Insurance (COI) that meets AIT requirements.
Accept jobs that match the team's skills, equipment, and AIT requirements.
Perform Assembly Only services (one-person work) by assembling products on-site at the customer's home.
Perform Delivery and Assembly services (two-person team) by picking up products from local retailers, delivering them to the customer's home, and assembling them to manufacturer specifications.
Perform Repair services (one-person work) by arriving at the customer's home and repairing products according to manufacturer instructions using manufacturer-provided parts.
Service products including Basketball Hoops (Portable & In-Ground), Fitness Equipment (Treadmills, Ellipticals, and Similar), Ready-to-Assemble Furniture and Home Goods, and Backyard Products (Playsets, Pergolas, Gazebos, Grills, Patio Sets, and Similar).
