About The Position

AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking reliable contractor teams for its Final Mile Service Provider Network to meet high customer demand. This opportunity involves the delivery, assembly, and repair of various products, including basketball hoops, fitness equipment, ready-to-assemble furniture, home goods, and backyard products. Contractors have the flexibility to choose jobs that match their team's skills, equipment, and AIT requirements. Weekly settlements are provided, with potential annual earnings ranging from $40,000 to $100,000+ depending on location and accepted work.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean MVR.
• Physically able and skilled to deliver and assemble products according to manufacturer's specifications.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to use mobile applications to complete orders.
• Must provide and maintain tools and vehicle(s) used to complete orders.
• Must have an EIN.
• Must comply with vehicle, registration, and insurance requirements set forth by AIT.
• Pass background checks and drug screens for all owners, drivers, and helpers.

Nice To Haves

• Own/lease a pickup, van, sprinter, or small box truck (not required for assembly only and repair work).
• Possess EIN + DOT compliance (MC# required for some interstate work).
• Maintain COI that meets AIT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform delivery and assembly of products such as basketball hoops (portable & in-ground), fitness equipment, ready-to-assemble furniture, home goods, and backyard products.
• Conduct repairs on products according to manufacturer instructions and using manufacturer-provided parts.
• Operate as a two-person contractor team (Driver + Helper) for most delivery and assembly tasks.
• Work as a one-person team for assembly-only and repair tasks.
• Pick up products from local retailers for delivery to customer homes.
• Assemble products on-site according to manufacturer specifications.
• Utilize mobile applications to complete orders.
• Ensure compliance with AIT's requirements for tools, vehicles, and insurance.
