About The Position

AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking reliable contractor teams for its Final Mile Service Provider Network to meet strong customer demand. This role involves the delivery, assembly, and repair of various products, including basketball hoops, fitness equipment, furniture, home goods, and backyard products. Contractors have the flexibility to accept jobs that match their team's skills, equipment, and AIT requirements. The network is experiencing high demand for basketball hoop installations, fitness equipment assembly, and fitness equipment repair. Weekly settlements are provided, with annual earnings ranging from $40,000 to $100,000+ based on location and accepted work.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean MVR.
Physically able and skilled to deliver and assemble products according to manufacturer's specifications.
Tech-savvy to use mobile applications for order completion.
Provide and maintain tools and vehicle(s) used for order completion.
Must have an EIN.
Comply with vehicle, registration, and insurance requirements set forth by AIT.
Pass background checks and drug screens for all owners, drivers, and helpers.

Responsibilities

Operate as a two-person contractor team (Driver + Helper) for most tasks.
Own or lease a van, sprinter, or small box truck (not required for assembly-only and repair work).
Maintain EIN and DOT compliance (MC# required for some interstate work).
Provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) that meets AIT requirements.
Accept jobs that match the team's skills, equipment, and AIT requirements.
Perform Assembly Only tasks (one-person work) at the customer's home.
Perform Delivery and Assembly tasks (two-person team), including pickup from local retailers, delivery to the customer's home, and assembly to manufacturer specifications.
Perform Repair tasks (one-person work) at the customer's home, following manufacturer instructions and using manufacturer-provided parts.
Service products including Basketball Hoops (Portable & In-Ground), Fitness Equipment (Treadmills, Ellipticals, and Similar), Ready-to-Assemble Furniture and Home Goods, and Backyard Products (Playsets, Pergolas, Gazebos, Grills, Patio Sets, and Similar).
