About The Position

Seaman Corporation is seeking a Final Inspector for D Shift (7pm to 7am) at their manufacturing facility in Northeast Ohio. This role is part of a 24/7 operation with a 4:3, 12-hour shift rotation schedule. The company has been manufacturing high-quality industrial coated fabrics for over 75 years and fosters a collaborative, innovative, and team-based atmosphere.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to work the D Shift schedule (7pm to 7am) and the 4:3, 12-hour shift rotation.
• Ability to bend, lift, stand repetitively throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs throughout the work shift.
• Ability to work with hands and reach with hands and arms.
• Some computer skills preferred.
• Must successfully complete Work-Keys Assessments, Drug Screening, and Criminal Background Check.

Nice To Haves

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Identify and report any defects or non-conformities.
• Maintain accurate inspection records.
• Work effectively within a team-based manufacturing environment.
