Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to read work instructions and use measuring tools
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
  • Basic computer skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with quality inspection
  • Blueprint reading
  • Welding, fabrication, or assembly experience
  • Experience using ERP or manufacturing software
  • Knowledge of dimensional measuring equipment

Responsibilities

  • Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Inspect equipment and report maintenance concerns promptly.
  • Inspect completed products before shipment for quality, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Verify components match production orders and engineering drawings.
  • Perform dimensional measurements and visual inspections.
  • Touch up paint and cosmetic finishes as needed.
  • Document inspection results using computerized manufacturing systems.
  • Help identify quality issues and support corrective actions.
  • Install guards, accessories, and other final components.
  • Use hand and power tools to complete finishing work.
  • Remove burrs, weld spatter, or surface imperfections using grinders and hand tools.
  • Read blueprints, work instructions, and production documentation.
  • Support coworkers across departments when needed.
  • Maintain dependable attendance.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
