About The Position

Overall Requirements: We are looking for an individual to work in our Operation Department to review and close production work orders and prepare orders for our shipping team to execute.

Education & Experience: Previous Telecommunications experience is a plus
Knowledgeable with ESD products

Additional Qualifications
Ability to perform routine, repetitive transactions with a high level of accuracy
Ability to work autonomously as well as efficiently with department heads and associates to perform assigned duties
Ability to re-prioritize one’s activities to deal with various conditions or conflicting requests and work under pressure
Adaptive to workload peaks and need for OT
Able to regularly lift and /or safely lift and handle heavy loads, both manually and with devices
Knowledge of ISO 9001 working environment asset
Read, understand and carry out written instructions
Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills
Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office suite

• Ability to enter information into Floor tool to update work order status and prepare order to be handed to the shipping team.

Responsibilities

• Review and close production work orders.
• Prepare orders for the shipping team.
• Knowledgeable of all ESD precautions to protect equipment.
• Ability to handle ESD sensitive equipment of various weights and dimensions safely.
• Ability to enter information into Floor tool to update work order status and prepare order to be handed to the shipping team.
• Perform entries into ERP systems with knowledge of Advance Pro and NetSuite is a definite asset.
• Perform final Inspection of product leaving the production area to ensure documentation is accurate and order pricing is correct.
• Assist production as required.
• Assist in shipping/receiving as required.
