Job Description: The final finisher inspects all boats after production to ensure that all parts are complete and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ability to identify and read orders, promptly recognizing missing or defective parts and taking appropriate action to replace them if production is unavailable.
  • Perform assembly and disassembly tasks for towers and windshields as required.
  • Pack parts securely to be shipped together with the boat, ensuring their protection during transportation.
  • Carry out the final cleaning of boats, meticulously removing any debris or contaminants to achieve high-quality finishes.
  • Skillfully shrink-wrap boats, ensuring proper protection for transportation.
  • Effectively utilize and maintain a variety of hand tools, such as screw guns and drills, ensuring their proper functionality.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area to optimize productivity and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Follow instructions provided by supervisors, foremen, or leads to carry out assigned tasks efficiently.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of all parts, meticulously assessing their completeness and adherence to quality standards.
  • Fulfill any additional duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Adhere to all OSHA regulations and safety procedures, prioritizing the well-being of oneself and others.
