About The Position

Ideal candidate would have the qualifications and skills to perform a variety of different job duties within the department. This job requires a flexable mindset as individuals will be assigned a variety of duties throughout the workday. Sayre offers 2 daylight shifts to choose from: 4 - 10 hour days (Monday - Thursday, 6AM-4:30PM) OR 5 - 8 hour days (Monday - Friday, 7AM - 3:30PM). NOW OFFERING OPTIONAL 4-DAY WORK WEEK!

Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred but not required.
Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
Continually required to sit, walk and stand (8-10 hours per day and up to 4 hours overtime as needed)
Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity.
Continually required to talk, hear, and visually see and focus on items during process, including but not limited to color, peripheral and depth perception and adjust focus.
Ability to differentiate colors.
Must be able to push, lift or move up to 25lbs periodically.

Maintains constant and clear communication with Supervisor to ensure proper workflow between assignments.
Follow and maintain safe manufacturing practices.
Assists in maintaining safety and housekeeping standards in work area.
Ability to work independently or part of a team constructively with little supervision.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrates a positive attitude.
May require additional work hours during peak seasons.
