Final Finish
About The Position
The Final Finish team member will be a part of the final finish department team. This position requires the ability to lift, carry, push and pull 50+lbs on a continuous basis with the ability to stand and bend over throughout the day for the entirety of the shift while cleaning the interior of the homes. This role will be expected to clean interior of finished homes. This position is expected to complete up to 4-6 floors per day. This team member will have other duties assigned (per the task stacker) to help their internal and external departments. This role requires an eye for detail to make the house beautiful for our customers. Prior construction experience in a recent role preferred. This is a level ALPHA role, $24 per hour. External candidates will start at $23.00 per hour and move their way up to ALPHA level pay over the first 30 days of employment if they are successful during their introductory period.
