A Filtration Technician supports daily production by preparing equipment, following manufacturing procedures, completing quality checks, and ensuring products meet high standards. Each day, a Filtration Technician works alongside teammates to operate equipment, monitor production, solve problems, and keep the manufacturing process running safely and efficiently. A Filtration Technician makes an impact by producing high-quality filtration products through attention to detail, teamwork, safety, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field
  • Ability to follow written procedures
  • Ability to operate manufacturing equipment safely
  • Ability to maintain accurate production and quality documentation
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to identify and communicate potential quality or production issues
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to communicate clearly
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Maintain a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Frequently bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks
  • Safely lift and move materials as required

  • Work safely in a manufacturing environment while following all Thermo Fisher Scientific safety procedures
