Filter Technician
About The Position
Are you looking for an opportunity to independently service a territory with the ability to spend most of that time outdoors? This perfect residence for this candidate will be in any of the following: Eau Claire, Rochester MN, Milwaukee, Manitowoc or Sheboygan. This position potentially involves overnight travel within the region up to two weeks (Monday night through Thursday night) per month. As a BFC Solutions Filter Technician, you will replace air filters and perform basic HVAC maintenance primarily in rooftop air ventilation and HVAC systems for retail and commercial customers.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age to operate the company vehicle.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and have a good driving record (no DUIs or multiple infractions, subject to monthly review).
- Must live within 40 miles of the designated region.
- Must be comfortable and confident working at heights up to 40 feet above ground level and using extension ladders.
- Must weigh less than 275 pounds to meet ladder safety and weight limit requirements.
- Must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.
- Proven success working independently with remote supervision.
- Must be willing and able to work overtime as required.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
