About The Position

The BFC Solutions team is excited to meet you to explore a Filter Technician role open near you! In this role, you will train to perform preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC units (usually on a roof) for our local and national customers (Walmart, Dollar general, etc.). In the position there will likely be overnight travel within the region of up to one week (Monday night through Thursday night) twice a month.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age to operate the company vehicle.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and have a good driving record (no DUIs or multiple infractions, subject to monthly review).
- Must live within 40 miles of the designated region.
- Must be comfortable and confident working at heights up to 40 feet above ground level and using extension ladders.
- Must weigh less than 275 pounds to meet ladder safety and weight limit requirements.
- Must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.
- Proven success working independently with remote supervision.
- Must be willing and able to work overtime as required.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
- Must be able to stay overnight within the region up to 8 days per month.
