About The Position

This is a job opportunity to earn extra money with overtime and stay overnight at some work locations, all expenses paid. The position offers competitive pay and a generous benefits package, while working with the largest HVAC maintenance company in the nation. The role is based in the Shreveport, LA region, and candidates must live within 40 miles of this region. As a Filter Tech, you will replace air filters and perform basic HVAC maintenance primarily in rooftop air ventilation and HVAC systems for retail and commercial customers.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age to operate the company vehicle.
Possess and maintain a valid driver's license, subject to monthly review.
Must be comfortable and confident working at heights up to 40 feet above ground level and using extension ladders.
Must weigh less than 275 pounds to meet ladder safety and weight limit requirements.
Must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.
Must be willing and able to potentially work 40-50 hours per week.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds

Responsibilities

Replace air filters
Perform basic HVAC maintenance primarily in rooftop air ventilation and HVAC systems for retail and commercial customers
FREQUENT overnight travel- there is a possibility during peak times that you will stay overnight at locations within your region for MANY of the stops in your driving route-details to be discussed during your interview with the hiring manager. Meals and accommodations are paid for by the company.
Work independently with remote supervision.
