About The Position
The primary function of this role is to hang birds on the evisceration line that fall on the conveyor in the transition from the kill line to the evisceration line.
Requirements
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time (8-10 hours)
- Able to hang chickens weighing 4-10 LBS
- Able to use hand-held tools such as knives, scissors, etc.
- Repetitive grasping, reaching, lifting up to 5 LBS, pushing and pulling arms required.
