About The Position
Operate the filler for start-up, shut-down, CIP, sterilizing and pasteurizing. Fill containers with product that meets specifications, then enclose containers and properly cool product. Monitor the process to obtain a high quality product that meets customer and process specifications. Only a qualified Filler Operator can relieve this position. This is a representative sample--not to imply a complete listing of all responsibilities and tasks.

Responsibilities
- Clean, Sanitize, and CIP the Filler, and Work Area
- Operate Filler, Enclosure, Seamer, and Capper
- Supply Raw Materials
- Observe the Process to Maintain Flow
- Monitor and Perform Quality Checks
- Monitor for Problems Impacting Machinery and Process
- Record Downtime, Testing, and Resources Accurately
- Maintain a Clean, Safe Work Area
