About The Position

Tremco Construction Products Group brings together Tremco CPG Inc.’s Commercial Sealants & Waterproofing and Roofing & Building Maintenance divisions; Republic Powdered Metals, Inc.; Dryvit, Nudura and Willseal brands; Prebuck LLC; Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc.; Weatherproofing Technologies Canada and Pure Air Control Services, Inc. Altogether, Tremco CPG companies operate 21 manufacturing facilities, 6 distribution sites, and 3 R&D/technology sites, and employ more than 3,000 people across North America. A Filler is primarily responsible for accurately filling finished products into the proper packaging. Packaging could be 1-gallon cans, 5-gallon pails, 55-gallon drums and large totes. This position often involves working with industrial and consumer products. Desired job skills include mechanical knowledge, math, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work within a team.

Responsibilities

• Operating and tending to machines.
• Preparing products for delivery and storage and handling.
• Moving materials to produce a smooth workflow.
• Inspecting equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Communicate with Buyer/Planner and Group Lead when inventory is low.
• Read Process Orders and verify correct amount of labels and correct pails.
• Work with Group Lead for Daily Production Schedule.
• Run automated label machine.
• Operate a forklift.
• Keeping inventory of Labels, Black Ribbons, Red Ribbons, Black and White pails.
• Print labels (SAP).
• Daily Labeler Machine housekeeping.
• Maintain 1 Day lead-time on labeled pails for production.
• Run automated label machine.
• Other duties as assigned.
