About The Position
This position is responsible for pouring completed batches into molds, imprinting them with the proper number, counting and assembling stick assortments, and packaging molded hot sticks according to instructions. The role requires maintaining a neat and orderly work area.
Requirements
- Basic math/measurement skills
- Basic reading and comprehension skills
- Acceptable Munsell color test score
- Determine correct processes regarding standard Hot Stick Pour off procedures as instructed in initial training.
- Work without continuous supervision and complete assigned projects
Responsibilities
- Pour completed batches into molds
- Imprint batch with proper number
- Count each batch and record on batch ticket
- Package sticks for shipping to distribution center
- Maintain neat and orderly work area
