Requirements

Proficiency in overseeing and supervising the Fill Plant Division
Ensuring compliance with FDA and DOT requirements
Conducting audits to maintain regulatory standards
Strong communication skills for training personnel on safe equipment use and conducting safety meetings
Keen eye for detail to review and approve all documentation related to medical oxygen filling
Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment
Experience with Liquid Oxygen Fill Plant operations is a must
Participating in ongoing education and training
Staying updated on best practices

Responsibilities

Oversee and Supervise the Fill Plant Division.
Train all personnel on the safe use of all oxygen filling equipment initially and annually.
Ensure that all FDA and DOT requirements are met on a daily basis.
Perform audits on fill plant personnel to ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies.
Review and release all documentation involved in the filling of medical oxygen.
Reject any component that does not met the requirements of FDA DOT and HME filling procedures.
Promote safe, effective and organized environments.
Participate in on-going education including in-services training and other activities to maintain and improve individual competence.
Audit all paperwork completed by Cylinder Fillers and Patient Service Technicians on a daily basis.
Conduct morning safety tailgate meetings with all fillers and liquid delivery personnel daily.
Listen to and resolve service complaints appropriate to scope of practice
Ensure that routine maintenance is performed on all filling equipment
Complete required annual and monthly training courses.
Perform other duties or special projects when necessary.
