Requirements

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.
Ability to frequently bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and perform repetitive movements.
Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, or carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team when needed.
Ability to safely handle cleaning products and chemicals.
Must have reliable transportation to and from assigned work locations.
Valid driver’s license required.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Employees must be able to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.

Responsibilities

Dust office furniture, desks, workstations, cabinets, partitions, and other surfaces.
Empty trash and recycling and transport materials to designated disposal areas.
Sweep, mop, and maintain hard-surface floors.
Vacuum carpets and floors using upright or backpack vacuum equipment.
Spot-clean carpets and remove stains when necessary.
Clean interior windows, glass doors, and other glass surfaces.
Clean and disinfect restrooms, including sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, and floors.
Restock restroom supplies and maintain properly stocked facilities.
Clean and polish metal fixtures, fittings, and other metal surfaces.
Report any unfinished or outstanding work to the District Manager.
Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned by management or requested by the customer.
Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
