This role involves performing maintenance of the personnel file room, ensuring accurate storage and alphabetization of records, and maintaining logs of employee records and file movements. The position also includes filing documents, making copies, archiving inactive files, and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information. Special projects may also be assigned.
