About The Position

This role involves working closely with the team to maintain a complete online broker file for all transactions within a proprietary cloud-based transaction system. The specialist will be responsible for reviewing a high volume of documents with a focus on accuracy and completeness, particularly California CAR forms. The position requires strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and the ability to adapt to the needs of the Broker and team. Quick response to emails and messages is essential, as is the ability to follow both written and verbal instructions and study training guides. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PC usage is necessary.

Requirements

• Active California real estate license.
• 2-3 years of current real estate transaction experience on California-specific transactions, with ongoing involvement in the field.
• Familiarity with the working use of all California-specific transaction forms.
• Reliable, fast internet connection required for remote performance.
• Fully competent using the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fully competent with using a PC.
• Comfortable following both written and verbal instructions.
• Self-motivated to study training guides and commit them to memory.
• Able to cross-reference information across all training materials as needed.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a complete online broker file for all transactions in the proprietary cloud-based transaction system.
• Review California CAR forms for completeness.
• Review a high volume of documents continuously without shifting focus for an extended length of time.
• Maintain a high accuracy rate in document review.
• Remain alert to all emails and messages and respond quickly when information or action is needed.
• Adapt to the needs of the Broker and the team.
• Take directions and follow set procedures.
• Self-manage and take initiative, while also being comfortable asking for direction.
