Requirements

• Active California real estate license.
• 2-3 years of current real estate transaction experience specifically on California transactions.
• Ongoing involvement in the real estate field.
• Familiarity with the working use of all California-specific transaction forms.
• Fully competent using the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiar with using Google Sheets.
• Fully competent with using a PC.
• Reliable, fast internet connection required for remote work.
