About The Position

Delta FM is seeking a Maintenance Electrician to join their existing DeltaFM waypoint team on an even time days only roster. This is an older, established Compass-owned site based in the town of South Hedland. You will be joining a small established team, and on occasion be required to assist at their larger neighbouring Gateway Village site also in Hedland. Domestic flight FIFO from Perth Airport to Port Hedland Airport, with a short car ride to site. The ideal applicant will be able to commence full time ASAP.

Requirements

WA Unrestricted Electrical Licence
Full C Class Drivers Licence
White Card
CPR + LVR
Police Check within 12 months
Pass a Pre-Employment Medical including Drug & Alcohol Screening
Living in WA and able to FIFO from Perth Airport

Responsibilities

Ensuring continuity of essential Building and Engineering services in a complex environment
Working on planned & preventative maintenance
Attending and assessing breakdowns
Fault finding troubleshooting including test, tag, isolating etc
Working in remote Accommodation Villages including Temporary and Permanent Housing, Commercial Kitchens, Dining Rooms, Laundry, Office Buildings etc.
