About The Position
Portage Township Schools is seeking a reliable and community-oriented individual to serve as the Fieldhouse Supervisor during designated evening community hours. This is an excellent opportunity for a current PTS employee who is looking to engage with the public, promote wellness, and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for residents using the facility.
Requirements
- Must be a current Portage Township Schools employee in good standing
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage responsibilities independently
- Comfortable interacting with community members of all ages
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a supervisory setting
Responsibilities
- Open and close the Fieldhouse facility at designated times
- Greet and monitor community members using the space
- Ensure a safe and respectful environment for all participants
- Enforce district guidelines and policies related to community use
- Complete any required logs, reports, or incident forms
- Communicate any concerns, damage, or misuse to the appropriate personnel
