About The Position

We are seeking an energetic and hardworking individual to join our team as a Field Worker (Maintenance/Handyman) at our storage facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing weekly checks at the facility, cleaning out units to prepare them for renting, overlocking delinquent units, performing minor handy work such as painting and small repairs, and minor electrical work. This role also involves some heavy lifting as needed, and more. We are looking for an individual with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a can-do attitude. Field Workers will be required to perform physical labor as part of the weekly needs. The role is part-time, with an estimated 2-4 hours of work per week, averaging 8-15 hours per month. The schedule is flexible, allowing for work in the mornings, nights, and weekends, with availability required within 1-2 days' notice. Payment is processed monthly after hours are calculated.

Requirements

• Must have a Driver's License.
• Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Canton, OH before starting work.
• Must be available within 1-2 days' notice if needed.

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of maintenance experience.
