The Field Visual Merchandising Manager is a dynamic, field-based leader responsible for bringing brand storytelling to life across VF retail stores, Vans, The North Face, and Timberland. This role blends creative execution with strategic coaching, ensuring that every store delivers an elevated, on-brand consumer experience. Spending the majority of time in stores, this leader champions visual merchandising standards, drives campaign execution, and builds team capability. Partnering closely with Store Managers, District Managers, and Regional Visual Merchandising teams, the Field VM Manager ensures that global and regional strategies are translated into compelling, localized execution that fuels consumer engagement and commercial success.
