The Field Verification Engineer serves as the day-to-day coordination point among client stakeholders, field verification teams, offshore/back-office teams, and vendor or site representatives for execution of the pilot scope. The role supports execution planning, including site sequencing, mobilization and demobilization, work-front readiness, permit and document readiness, and access coordination for planned facility visits. The position coordinates field walkdowns and monitors the quality and completion of field inputs for downstream deliverables. It ensures teams use the latest client-provided drawings, templates, checklists, and approved red-line/blue-line markup practices; coordinates resolution of clarifications, queries, missing information, tagging discrepancies, and differences between approved documentation and installed conditions; and maintains tracker-based governance of readiness, progress, deliverables, reviews, actions, and closures. The role facilitates progress meetings, communicates status, risks, dependencies, and blockers, and coordinates with delivery leadership on onsite execution, time-and-materials governance, resource utilization, schedule assumptions, AFE-based tracking, and commercial boundaries. Scope is limited to visual verification and documentation support; excluded activities include engineering calculations, physical measurements, EDMS uploads, asset hierarchy development, BOM preparation, template standardization, and provision of access equipment.
