About The Position

Field Training Managers are responsible for sales of HVAC jobs for a team of HVAC Service Technicians. Field Training Managers operate independently in the field conducting in-home sales presentations and selling our products and services. Field Training Managers compensation is 100% commission based. HELP provides sales and leads to the HVAC Technicians who will work under a Field Training Manager that will develop their team of technicians to set up those leads for that Field Training Manager. For more than 80 years, HELP has provided HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services to families throughout Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and Southeast Indiana. Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience
  • Strong ability to understand basic technical information related to HVAC equipment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Energetic and passionate about selling and providing excellent customer service
  • Driver’s License (Required)

Nice To Haves

  • Some college or technical school education preferred

Responsibilities

  • Use a consultative sales approach to present options to new and existing customers
  • Oversee technicians’ recommendations, and present to the homeowner on behalf of technicians when needed
  • Present customer with multiple purchasing options including financing
  • Understand company products offerings to maximize customer experience
  • Actively follow up on all sales leads and customer requests
  • Provide a world-class customer experience with every interaction
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
