Job Summary This individual will use corporate training initiatives to steer the content of the training they conduct on a daily basis and must be flexible to train on all three shifts, including weekends if needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree
At least 3 years of relevant experience
Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations
Ability to multi-task and establish priorities
Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment
Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership

Responsibilities

Customizes training documentation forms
Prepares monthly reports of training activity and statistics
Connects with other Training Coordinators, Corporate HR and Training staff
Plans, coordinates, and executes new-hire training, education of staff members and management trainees on both one-on-one and small group levels
Performs other duties as assigned
