Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager of Field Training, the Field Training Coordinator role provides essential administrative, logistical, and operational support to the Field Training team across 128 company restaurants. This role ensures smooth execution of onboarding, certification, training programs, and new restaurant opening (NRO) processes. The Field Training Coordinator partners closely with two managers of Field Training, field HR, Operations leaders, and restaurant training teams to maintain training compliance, organize resources, and support consistent delivery of Applebee’s brand standards.
